Payments on shipped goods have up to 30 days to settle payment. Any invoice that is not paid within the allowed time is subject to applied monthly interest fees of not less than .3% and no more than 10%. These fees apply to any invoice/order balance on a month to month basis. Outstanding balances beyond VGS's stated terms may accrue late interest charges and fees that are the responsibilty of the outstanding invoiced party, including the Company in which the order was placed under as well as the individual representative of that company. In the event a company changes names, disolves, or discontinues doing business under that company for any reason, the Person(s) whom name is on the paperwork in which the order(s) were involved is liable for settling the payment in full. IE: Anyone whom orders with The Video Gear Shop Inc. (VGS) in any of the methods stated is personally liable for reimbursment for services/goods rendered.
A proper VGS official is the only party that has the right to ammend these terms as deemed appropriate. Simply stated, overdue accounts cost money and resources to maintain, there will be fees applied to deliquent accounts.
Returns/Exchanges/Credits
-Returns are not accepted without authorization from VGS Inc.
-Most items carry a 15 day guarantee. (No returns beyond 15 days!)
-No returns on cameras, dvd devices, editors, and other high-end electronics.
-Defective out-of-box items can be exchanged for equal type item.
-A 15% restock fee will be applied on any returns (not on exchanges)within the 15 day period. Product must be in new condition and original packaging, otherwise VGS Inc. may apply a compensation fee.
-Invioce copy must be included with all returns.
-Allow up to 15 business days for return credits. (Shipping costs are non-refundable)
