Shipments
-Shipments are sent via FedEx or Postal Service unless otherwise requested.
-Shipping costs varies and are not included in our gear costs.
-Special conditions apply outside the US. (See International Orders)
-Loss or damage: VGS Inc. is not liable for goods upon acceptance by carrier. VGS Inc. may assist customer in the claim process. Loss or damage does not relieve customer of obligation of payment of goods.  Please notify the courrier of any damages immediately, it is the receivers responsibilityto initiate damaged or lossed claims.  VGS will aid in these matters if needed.   Any replacement items will be sent upon reciept of damaged goods or otherwise authorized.
